ADMISSION PROCESS
Everything you need to be part of this great family
REQUIREMENTS
- Initial 2: 3 years old and 4 years old. (Completed up to 120 days after the start of the School Year)
- Birth Certificate, photocopy of Identity Card
- Copy of the Vaccine Card
- Fill out the "Applicant Data" sheet, and the "School Medical Record"
- Acquire Student Insurance against accidents. (In case you already have it, deliver a copy of the respective documentation as proof of it).
- Copy of identity card of parents
- Copy of identity card
- Copy of the sealed report card of previous years
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Behavior
- Certificates of Enrollments and Promotions Legalized by the District from the 2011-2012 academic period, until the last school term.
- Fill the sheet of "Applicant Data" and the "School Medical Card"
- Acquire Student Insurance against accidents. (In case you already have it, deliver a photocopy of the respective documentation as proof of it).
- Copy of identity card of parents
- Copy of identity card
- Copy of Sealed Grades Book from 2nd Grade Year to 10th Grade Year
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Behavior
- Certificates of Enrollments and Promotions Legalized by the District from the 2011-2012 academic period, until the last school term.
- Certificate of Vocational Guidance (10th. Basic Year)
- Fill the sheet of "Applicant Data" and the "School Medical Card"
- Acquire Student Insurance against accidents. (In case you already have it, deliver a photocopy of the respective documentation as proof of it).
- Copy of identity card of parents
